Our team operates across multiple private ranches and hunting leases throughout Central and Northern California, giving hunters access to thousands of acres of carefully managed terrain with outstanding hunting opportunities year-round.

Our Central California operations are based out of the Cholame Valley near Paso Robles, while our Northern California deer and bear hunts are conducted on select private ranches known for quality game and low hunting pressure. From rugged mountain country and oak-covered hills to agricultural ground and remote backcountry habitat, we provide hunters with access to land rarely available to the public.

We specialize in guided California hog hunts, blacktail deer hunts, bear hunts, turkey hunts, waterfowl hunts, upland bird hunts, exotic game hunts, and predator hunting adventures. Our hunts are designed for both seasoned hunters and beginners alike, and we proudly accommodate rifle hunters, bowhunters, black powder enthusiasts, and air rifle hunters.

Ultimate Predator Outfitters can host parties ranging from 2–10 hunters and focuses on delivering a personalized hunting experience built around professionalism, hard work, and genuine outdoor adventure.

Jay Allen is a lifelong avid hunter, Marine Corps veteran, firearms instructor, gun shop owner, and long-range shooting coach with extensive knowledge of firearms, ballistics, and California hunting.

Jim Palm brings over 20 years of guiding experience and a lifetime spent working as a cowboy and ranch manager throughout the hills of Central California. His deep understanding of the land, wildlife movement, and ranch operations helps create exceptional hunting experiences for clients year after year.
